The March session of the Vantage Assets & Repairs Club brings members together at an in-person event
Key themes include:
- Compare & contrast latest delivery models in place for R&M including plans for improvement, change and growth.
- Discuss how members are providing assurance to Exec/Board on VFM delivered from chosen delivery models.
- Share how external supply chain models are evolving including partnerships, national v SME model and contract scopes, lengths and terms.
- Identify how the supplier/contractor market is changing operationally and commercially and what this might mean for service delivery.
- At a broader level, discuss how are members are creating capacity, capability and the required skills to deliver R&M and asset investment programmes.
