How do we move beyond talking about culture to creating the leadership capability, behaviours and organisational conditions that enable transformation to succeed?

We will explore how People, OD and business leaders are creating cultures that support organisational priorities today while building the adaptability needed for tomorrow. Together we will examine how leadership development is evolving, how People and Transformation teams are working more closely together, and what practical approaches are helping change become embedded rather than simply implemented. We will consider what can be learnt from approaches taken in other sectors and how these insights might strengthen transformation within housing.
