Overview:

In this workshop we will explore how business change teams are aligning with ICT and operations colleagues to deliver system/software implementations and technology-centered transformation. Members

will be invited to share experiences, good practice, and lessons learnt to identify the key ingredients of a successful implementation. We will also hear an out of sector perspective on creating effective alignment

between business change, ICT, and operations teams.
